Preparation Guide
To enjoy the best flavor and a perfect microfoam, follow these steps:
- Sift: Use 3g of matcha powder. Sift before whisking to ensure a smooth, clump-free texture.
- Water: Add 60ml of soft, filtered water.
- Temperature: Ensure water is between 75°C–80°C. Using water that is too hot can scorch the leaves and create unwanted bitterness.
- Whisk: Whisk briskly in a "W" motion for 30–45 seconds until a thick, light microfoam
